Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Megan

I’m a Level II RESET® Breathwork Facilitator and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through the power of the breath.

For years, I worked in high-stress healthcare environments where being calm under pressure wasn’t optional—it was expected. I became the person others relied on in critical moments. Steady. Capable. High-functioning.

But beneath that strength, I was quietly disconnecting from myself.

Like many high achievers and caregivers, I spent most of my life doing everything I was taught would create happiness and fulfillment. I earned my Master’s degree, built a respected career, bought the home, drove the car, checked all the boxes that were supposed to mean “you made it.”

But after years of pushing, performing, and overriding my own needs, I found myself deeply burnt out, emotionally exhausted, and questioning why none of it actually felt fulfilling.

What sets my work apart is the way I bridge science-backed nervous system regulation with the deeper emotional and energetic healing that so many people are craving but struggle to access. My background in medicine allows me to understand the physiology of stress and burnout, while my own healing journey taught me that true transformation happens when we move beyond just thinking—and begin listening to the body.

Through breathwork, I create grounded, intentional spaces where people can soften out of survival mode, reconnect with themselves, and remember what it feels like to truly feel alive again.

This work is not about fixing you.
It’s about helping you remember who you were before the world taught you to abandon yourself.

✨ MY MISSION

My mission is to help people remember that they are the light.

I believe healing ourselves creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond us—into our relationships, our families, our communities, and the world around us.

So many of us have been conditioned to constantly care for others while disconnecting from our own needs, emotions, intuition, and joy. We live in survival mode for so long that we forget we were meant to experience life, not just manage it.

I want to help people become the main character in their own lives again. To come home to themselves. To feel grounded, present, connected, and fully alive.

Because when one person heals, it impacts everyone around them.

Or, as Pocahontas said so beautifully:
“we are all connected to each other, in a circle, in a hoop that never ends.”

And I believe that deeply.

✨ MY STORY

I found breathwork during one of the darkest seasons of my life.

I had just graduated with my Master’s degree and started working in a busy Neonatal ICU after moving from my home in Virginia to West Michigan. From the outside, my life looked successful. I had accomplished everything I was taught to strive for—a respected career, stability, a beautiful home, all the things that were supposed to make me feel happy and fulfilled.

But internally, I felt completely disconnected.

The work I once felt passionate about started to drain me. I struggled to connect with myself and even the people I loved most. My nervous system was exhausted from constantly operating in high-alert environments, and eventually, my mental and emotional health began to suffer too.

I fell into a level of depression and darkness that made me question if I even belonged in this world.

And underneath all of it was this aching feeling:
“There has to be more to life than this.”

Then, in 2023, I found breathwork.

Not as a quick fix. Not as some magical overnight transformation. But as a practice. A returning. A remembering.

Little by little, breathwork helped me reconnect with my body, my emotions, my joy, my softness, and my sense of self. It helped me move through anxiety, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and years of living in survival mode.

Eventually, my husband and I stepped away from our normal routines and spent a year living in our RV, traveling, slowing down, and going deeply inward. That season changed everything. For the first time in a long time, I could actually hear myself again.

And somewhere along the way, I realized this wasn’t something I was meant to keep to myself.

Now, I’m here to guide others back to themselves, too.

To remind people that healing is possible. That they are not broken. That there is another way to live—one rooted in presence, connection, authenticity, and aliveness.

And most importantly, to help people remember that the healer they’ve been searching for has been within them all along.
