What RESET® Breathwork Is

RESET® Breathwork is an active form of meditation using the breath as your anchor. Unlike passive meditation, which asks you to become a witness to thought, breathwork asks you to engage — to use breath as the tool that brings awareness directly into the body and nervous system. This practice safely and intentionally guides you into deep physiological states where real healing of mind, body, and spirit can occur.

Why Breathwork Works (science made simple)

Breath as the anchor: When you use the breath like a focal point you are doing active meditation — participating in your own awareness rather than only observing thoughts.

Body-first healing: Thoughts are the language of the brain; feelings are the language of the body. Many limiting beliefs and habitual responses live below conscious thought in the subconscious (the limbic or “survival” brain), which consumes roughly 95% of the brain’s operating power. The conscious, thinking mind uses only about 5%. Because subconscious patterns are stored in body tissues and the nervous system, you can’t simply think your way out of them.

Nervous system access: The lungs bridge the voluntary and involuntary nervous systems. The diaphragm and vagus nerve connect breathing directly to limbic structures (amygdala, hippocampus, pineal gland)—the parts of the brain at the seat of emotion and memory. Breathwork bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to the nervous system where change can be integrated and embodied.
